This is an early product release. This working notice describes the current data flow; final legal documents remain under review.

Using this preview

The private workspace uses Clerk for accounts and organization membership, and Supabase for projects, saved views, and private IFC originals. Organization members can access shared project files. The local demo stores its changes only in your browser. Payments are not enabled.

Sample models and results

Imported geometry and properties are extracted from the supplied IFC. Exporter differences and parser limitations can affect results. Design comparisons and KPI examples remain illustrative. Validate model information in your source tools before relying on it for project decisions.
