Can I upload my own IFC files?

Yes. Sign in, create an organization and project, then import an IFC2x3 or IFC4 file up to 50 MB. Originals are stored privately for your organization; geometry and properties are processed in your browser. The separate local demo keeps imports only on this device.

Do I need an account to explore?

No account is needed for the local demo. The private workspace uses real Clerk accounts and organization membership. Sign up to share projects, IFC originals and saved views with your team.

Are my changes saved?

Private workspace projects, IFC originals and saved views are stored in the cloud. Local demo data stays in this browser. Design comparison and formula screens still use illustrative data.

Which IFC versions will be supported?

The local importer has been verified with buildingSMART IFC2x3 and IFC4 samples. The initial limit is 50 MB and 2 million triangles. Exporter-specific geometry and large project files need further validation.
