# Little Collins · complete IFC example

The owner supplied this Rhino source and authorized its use as Ontologic's public viewer example on 11 October 2026. Source metadata attributes the UME 2018 skyscraper drawing reconstruction to **Marijn Luijmes / Toby Moritz**. This attribution describes the supplied model; it is not an independent certification of the building design, accuracy or third-party rights. No open-source or Creative Commons license is asserted for this owner-supplied example.

The browser downloads and parses the complete, unchanged r05 IFC4. The sample stays in the tab's memory. Source property values and identifiers are included in the public IFC. The source reviewed here contains model/layer/block/object metadata and attribution; no credentials or account/contact data were identified. The original Rhino file and private conversion working files are not included in the public distribution.

- **56,608 mesh products / placements, 2,554,050 triangles, 76 storeys**. Original source bounds: (-41, -6, -16.3) to (56, 92, 298) metres, local Z-up; viewer converts to Y-up metres and centers for navigation without changing the source IFC.
- **140 line annotations** remain in the original IFC but are not drawn or selectable by this triangle renderer. Full original download preserves them.

r05 shares exact repeated definitions and retains occurrence transforms, GlobalIds, properties, colours, transparency and all source triangles. It uses no decimation, cropping or sections. IFC classes are inferred from Rhino names. Render materials do not certify physical composition. Editable parametric construction and surveyed georeferencing were not invented. Download size is not a guarantee of performance on every device; processing and renderer safeguards remain active.

The Explore contract is `/viewer?example=little-collins`. A successful load checks source size/hash and exact mesh/triangle counts. Failure does not substitute another model or a cropped preview. Detailed source-equivalence records remain in the owner's r05 conversion archive; app acceptance is recorded separately in `docs/overnight-2026-10-05/`.

[Full model capture](r05/full-model.webp) is an actual 640 × 378 browser-rendered image of this original, captured in the app on 11 October 2026 with default perspective, all mesh elements, no filters, sections or isolation. It is a static preview; Explore always parses the IFC. It does not depict the unsupported line annotations.
